One record, end to end

Built for how you are taxed

Excise, in the shape the return wants.

Duty is not a report bolted on afterwards. It comes out of the removals you already recorded.

Federal (TTB)

Tiered federal rates applied across the calendar year, worked out from your own removals rather than from a barrelage figure somebody estimates in January.

State excise

Your state’s rates, including ABV bands where the state uses them, kept alongside the federal figures instead of in a second spreadsheet.

Removals, typed

Taxable removals, exports and in-bond transfers to another brewery are recorded as different things, because they are taxed as different things.

Who remits

Set whether the brewery pays all state excise or the distributor pays for the beer it buys, so the figures match the arrangement you actually have.
